Splendid China, Miniature park in Four Corners, Florida, US.
The 75-acre park contained more than 60 scale models of Chinese landmarks, including a half-mile replica of the Great Wall with seven million bricks.
Opening in 1993 at a cost of 100 million dollars, the park operated as a sister location to the Chinese Splendid China in Shenzhen until its closure in 2003.
Chinese artisans created detailed replicas of temples, palaces, and monuments, presenting architectural elements from different regions of China through handcrafted miniatures.
The park faced operational difficulties due to reduced marketing resources, management changes, and declining visitor numbers throughout the late 1990s.
Following its abandonment, the former theme park grounds transformed into the Margaritaville Resort after demolition began in May 2013.
