The 104-acre Tippecanoe Battlefield Park contains an 85-foot marble obelisk monument and multiple hiking trails along Burnett's Creek.
The Battle of Tippecanoe occurred on November 7, 1811, when General William Henry Harrison's forces fought against Native American warriors led by Tenskwatawa.
The museum within the park displays exhibits about the battle's impact on American history and maintains collections related to Native American heritage.
The park includes a climate-controlled chapel for 80 people, a picnic shelter for 40 visitors, and the Wah-ba-shik-a Nature Center operating from April to November.
The land was donated to Indiana by battle veteran John Tipton in 1836, exactly 25 years after the conflict took place.
