University Club Tower, Residential skyscraper in East Town, Milwaukee, United States.
University Club Tower is a residential high-rise in East Town that rises 446 feet (136 meters) with 36 floors containing 53 condominium units overlooking Lake Michigan. The structure houses a fitness center, indoor pool, roof deck, wine storage, and parking for over 100 vehicles.
Skidmore, Owings & Merrill completed this tower in 2007 after an earlier design by Santiago Calatrava for 25 stories was abandoned. This change resulted in the final modern form of the building as it stands today.
The building connects to the University Club of Milwaukee through an interior passage, creating meeting spaces for residents who gather there.
Visitors can view the building from the street and enjoy views of the lake from the surrounding area. Its location in East Town puts it near other attractions and makes it easy to explore the neighborhood on foot.
Many apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows and private elevator access, with some units spanning several thousand square feet. These features offer residents a high level of privacy and comfort within the urban setting.
