The University Club Tower rises 446 feet into the Milwaukee skyline with 36 floors containing 53 condominium residences overlooking Lake Michigan.
In 2007, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill completed the construction of this structure after an earlier 25-story design by Santiago Calatrava was canceled.
The building maintains connections to the University Club of Milwaukee through an interior passage and provides spaces for social gatherings among residents.
The tower includes a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, roof deck, wine storage facilities, and a 106-space parking garage for residents.
Each residential unit features floor-to-ceiling windows, with some apartments spanning over 7,000 square feet and incorporating private elevator access.
