Village of Lisle-Benedictine University Sports Complex

The Benedictine University Sports Complex is a multi-sport stadium in Lisle with seating for about 3,000 spectators, artificial turf, and nine lanes for track competitions. The facility includes multiple practice fields, coaching stations, four luxury suites, and a large strength training area for athletes.

Benedictine University and the Village of Lisle worked together to build this sports complex in the early 2000s as a shared community project. The collaborative effort reflected the growing connection between the university and its surrounding area.

The stadium serves as a gathering place for the university community and local fans who attend football, track, and lacrosse events throughout the year. Games and competitions create regular occasions for students and neighbors to come together.

From 2011 to 2015, this was the home stadium for the Chicago Red Stars, a professional women's soccer team in the National Women's Soccer League. This period brought national-level play to the community and elevated the facility's role in women's sports.
