St. Anne Church

St. Anne Church is a red brick building in Berlin, New Hampshire, constructed in 1900 in Romanesque Revival style. The exterior features two towers with round-arch windows, while the left tower contains a square belfry and the right displays a statue of Saint Anne.

Architect Archibald I. Lawrence designed the building in 1900 to replace an earlier wooden structure from 1882. The new church was built to accommodate the growing Catholic congregation.

The church served as the spiritual center for French Canadian immigrants who came to work in the region's mills and industries. Its role shaped the social and religious life of the community for generations.
