The Wooden Warrior spans 1,239 feet of track, reaching heights of 32 feet and delivering speeds up to 35 miles per hour.
The installation of this roller coaster in 2011 marked a significant upgrade from the previous Mad Mouse attraction that operated from 1966 to 2010.
Local elementary school students contributed to naming this roller coaster, drawing inspiration from the Native American history of Lake Quassapaug.
The ride accommodates twelve passengers per cycle in six rows of two seats, with a minimum height requirement of 40 inches for all riders.
The construction required 140,000 board feet of pressure-treated Southern pine, 200,000 nails, and 35,000 nuts and bolts to complete the structure.
