Phoenix Building/Cincinnati Club, Historic social club in downtown Cincinnati, United States

The Phoenix Building features Italian Renaissance architecture with intricate Tiffany Glass windows and ornate wood paneling throughout its interior spaces.

Samuel Hannaford designed this grand structure in 1893, initially creating it as a meeting place for Jewish businessmen before the Cincinnati Club acquired it in 1911.

The building maintains multiple formal dining rooms and gathering spaces where members continue the tradition of social and professional networking.

Located at 30 Garfield Place, the building now operates as a private banquet facility with spaces available for events and celebrations.

The Phoenix Club required all proceedings and entertainment to be conducted in German, reflecting the strong German-Jewish influence in Cincinnati during the 1890s.
