The Bellin Building features nine floors with large window areas, a steel-frame construction, and a minimalist exterior design at the corner of East Walnut Street.
Constructed in 1915 by the Bellin-Buchanan Building Company, the structure received additional eighth and ninth floors designed as a penthouse in 1924.
The building represents a connection to Green Bay sports history as a waypoint on the Packers Heritage Trail, where Vince Lombardi announced his departure.
The structure maintains its original function as an office building, accessible through the Green Bay Metro public transit service near downtown Green Bay.
The building contains a manually controlled elevator from 1947, representing one of the few remaining examples of this technology in the United States.
