The Narumi Station redevelopment near Nagoya comprises multiple building complexes with shops, residences, and parking arranged around the station core. New plaza spaces on both the north and south sides connect the station area with commercial, office, and residential facilities.

Planning for this redevelopment started in the 1990s, with the final plan approved in 1998. The project was designed to unfold gradually through 2027, transforming the station area step by step.

The development creates spaces for local events and gatherings that connect with Narumi district's long history. Residents and visitors now have places where traditional roots meet contemporary life.

The complex offers shops on the lower levels and residences in upper floors with parking for both visitors and residents. The new plazas make it easy to navigate between the station and surrounding facilities regardless of which side you arrive from.

The southern plaza area functions as a major transportation hub with municipal and Meitetsu bus terminals integrated into the design. This setup makes it a key transfer point for different transit systems across the region.
