Brillia大井町Lavieen Tower, 東京都品川区大井にある複合施設
Brillia Oimachi Lavieen Tower is a 28-story residential building about 101 meters (330 feet) tall in Shinagawa. The structure combines apartments of various sizes, from single rooms to three-bedroom units, with shops and offices on lower levels and shared facilities including a gym, lounge areas, and rooftop garden.
The building was constructed between 2009 and 2012 as part of a major redevelopment of the western side of Oimachi. This project marked a turning point in the area's transformation from a quiet residential zone with small markets into a modern, bustling commercial center.
The building's name blends Italian and Japanese elements, reflecting the modern outlook of the neighborhood. Visitors notice how it coexists with smaller shops and traditional streets, serving as a bridge between old and new city culture.
The tower is just a five-minute walk from Oimachi Station and offers easy access to three train lines. Proximity to public transportation makes exploring the city without a car very practical, while numerous parking spaces and bicycle racks are available on-site.
The rooftop includes green garden areas that offer residents a surprising place to relax while high above the city. This hidden oasis makes high-rise living feel less isolated and creates space for everyday moments of calm.
