The museum sits within walking distance of a nearby train station and opens most days, though one day each week remains closed. Entry is free, and parking spaces are available for visitors arriving by car.

The museum features a five-meter tall ginger head structure that catches visitors' attention immediately upon entry. An on-site cafe prepares ginger-infused dishes such as ginger ice cream and pink ginger soda that let you taste the theme.
