大阪三菱ビルディング, Commercial office tower in Dojima district, Osaka, Japan
The Osaka Mitsubishi Building occupied a central location near Dojima River, featuring 15 floors above ground and 4 basement levels, reaching 67 meters in height.
From 1969 to 2020, the building served as a key regional headquarters for the Mitsubishi Group, with Mitsubishi Estate handling the design and Obayashi Corporation managing construction.
The building represented modern Japanese corporate architecture, incorporating traditional banking functions with contemporary office spaces in Osaka's financial district.
The structure provided 37,361 square meters of office space and maintained proximity to Oebashi and Yodoyabashi stations for convenient transportation access.
In 2020, the building was sold to OM4 Special Purpose Company and demolished to make way for the new Osaka Dojima-hama Tower, planned to reach 147 meters.
