Mizuho Crematorium contains eight cremation furnaces powered by LPG gas and ten waiting rooms that each accommodate between 24 and 48 people. The facility is organized into multiple specialized areas designed for different purposes.
The facility was created as a joint project involving five municipalities that came together to better serve their communities. This cooperative approach demonstrates how several regions decided to share resources.
The facility provides spaces for Buddhist, Shinto, and Christian ceremonies, showing how Japan's different religions approach funeral rites in their own ways. Visitors can observe how each tradition has its own dedicated rooms for its specific practices.
The site provides 246 parking spaces for regular vehicles, five designated spots for persons with disabilities, and six dedicated spaces for microbuses. Arriving by personal car is very practical here.
The complex features three ceremonial halls in different sizes to accommodate various group sizes. These varied spaces allow each family to find the right setting for their ceremony.
