The main library operates from 9:30 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and until 5 PM on weekends, with closures on the first Monday and Thursday monthly.
Four symbolic towers mark each corner of the building, with the yellow Tower of the Sun standing at the entrance to welcome visitors.
