Wrotków

Wrotków is a residential district situated on the right bank of the Bystrzyca River, featuring mixed housing areas, industrial zones, and green spaces. The area combines everyday residential life with commercial activity and provides residents with diverse facilities and services.

The settlement originated from a medieval village first mentioned in the late 15th century. The name derives from a person named Wrocisław who was connected to the area.

The district maintains two Catholic parishes and numerous educational facilities, from kindergartens to secondary schools, serving the local population.
