Kościół Świętego Krzyża w Poznaniu

The Church of the Holy Cross is a Methodist building made of red brick with a three-tiered tower topped by a pyramid-shaped spire in central location. The structure displays characteristic features of the late 19th century and sits near Dąbrowski Park.

The building was completed in 1886 for the Lutheran congregation and later taken over by the Methodist church. It sustained heavy damage during the 1945 battle but was reconstructed afterward.

The church brings together people from different Christian traditions for shared worship and dialogue. Visitors notice how the space functions as a meeting point for ecumenical gatherings throughout the year.

The building is easy to reach in the city center and lies within walking distance of several other attractions. The doors are open to visitors, especially during regular services held according to a traditional calendar.

The interior features stained glass windows depicting the Parable of the Sower, a biblical story about spreading seeds. These artworks were created by Zygmunt Kośmicki and offer visitors a contemplative focal point within the space.
