The ZREMB office building stands at Traugutta Street 1-7, featuring a skeletal facade with repetitive modules and a rooftop terrace with two access points.
Constructed between 1968 and 1971, this structure became the first tall building in central Wrocław after World War II, designed by architect Zenon Branowski.
The building received recognition as a contemporary cultural asset in 2010 and 2018, reflecting modernist architecture with brutalist elements in its design.
The nine-story structure contains 5,897 square meters of office space, including open-plan areas, with an elevator serving seven floors and underground parking.
The building incorporates H-frames in its load-bearing structure and includes an original prototype pavilion that has been converted into a garage.
