The Officers House is located at Lenin Prospect 31 in central Volgograd and displays a distinctive facade defined by rhythmic pilons and window rows. The side wings feature simplified porticos that complete the overall appearance of the square.

The building was completed in 1960, replacing the former Milk House that experienced severe fighting during the Battle of Stalingrad. This reconstruction was part of the city's broader recovery after the war.

The building serves as a gathering place where residents and military personnel participate in exhibitions and events that preserve local memories and history. The spaces inside reflect how this community values and shares its past with visitors.
