Capital Towers

Capital Towers is a residential complex comprising three towers named Park Tower, City Tower, and River Tower that rise 295 meters along the Moskva River. The ensemble offers modern apartments across 61 floors with high-end finishes and contemporary layouts designed for urban living.

Development began in 2017 under the direction of Sergey Skuratov Architects and was completed in 2023. The project marks a turning point in residential construction along the Moscow riverfront during the 2020s.

The three towers near Moscow International Business Center represent the modernization of Russian urban architecture and residential preferences.

The three towers can be viewed from the riverside area, which offers good perspectives from various positions along the waterfront. Visitors should know that the site is primarily private with public access limited to outdoor riverside areas nearby.
