Mercury City Tower, Modern skyscraper in Moscow International Business Center, Russia
Mercury City Tower is a tall office building with 75 floors in Moscow's business district. The exterior features bronze-tinted glass, and it houses offices, apartments, retail shops, and a fitness center.
The tower was designed by Frank Williams and Mikhail Posokhin with construction starting in 2006. The project faced delays due to economic downturns but was completed in 2013.
The tower is part of the business district and shows how Moscow has transformed over the years. You see daily life here with people going to work and using the modern shops in the lower floors.
The building is easily accessible by public transport and sits in the center of the business district. Visitors will find numerous shops and facilities without needing to travel far.
The facade has two million LEDs spread across two floors, among the largest such installations in Europe. This light display creates a striking appearance when viewed at night.
