Northern Tower, Corporate building in Moscow International Business Center, Russia

The Northern Tower is an office building in the Moscow International Business Center with 27 floors designed for corporate use. The structure provides spacious office areas with large windows, modern elevators, and underground parking facilities.

Construction of the Northern Tower began in late 2003 and the building was completed in 2008, with the Austrian company Strabag SE as general contractor. It was the third building to be commissioned in Moscow International Business Center, after Tower 2000 and the Embankment Tower. The project was presented to the public on 26 April 2006 at the Ararat Park Hyatt Hotel before more than 150 attendees.

The tower's first official tenant was Raiffeisenbank, followed by Transtelekom, General Motors, Hyundai Motor, Motorola and Rosinter. Its office centre was presented in April 2006 at the Ararat Park Hyatt hotel to an audience of more than 150 people.

The tower stands on plot 19 of the Moscow International Business Center, near the Delovoy Tsentr and Mezhdunarodnaya metro stations and the Third Ring Road. It is a working office building, not a tourist site, so there is no visitor access to the offices, atrium or parking; the 688-space car park and fitness centre serve tenants. The lobby and restaurants can be reached on foot from the metro.

Inside, there is a massive open atrium that spans multiple floors and brings exceptional natural light throughout the building. This spacious interior design is a feature rarely found in comparable structures.
