The Northern Tower spans 27 floors with a height of 132 meters and includes 135,000 square meters of business space in central Moscow.
Construction of the Northern Tower started in 2005 and was completed in 2007 as part of the Moscow International Business Center development project.
The building houses offices of major international corporations including Raiffeisenbank, Transtelekom, General Motors, Hyundai Motor, and Motorola in its modern environment.
The structure features high-speed OTIS elevators, panoramic windows that maximize natural light, and two underground levels with parking facilities.
The Northern Tower contains an 80-meter-high atrium, which stands as the highest of its kind throughout Europe.
