Neva Towers, Skyscraper complex in Moscow International Business Center, Russia
The Neva Towers consist of two structures with Tower 2 reaching 345 meters high and Tower 1 standing at 302 meters tall with 79 floors each.
The construction of Neva Towers started in 2013 after replacing the cancelled Norman Foster Russia Tower project, reaching completion in 2020 with investments over one billion dollars.
The complex represents a shift in Moscow urban development, combining residential spaces with office areas in the growing International Business Center district.
The towers incorporate 1,210 residential units, office spaces, a fitness center with swimming pool, and parking facilities for 2,040 vehicles within the complex.
Tower 2 holds the distinction of being the tallest residential building in Europe and ranks as the sixth tallest structure on the continent.
