IQ-quarter, Three-tower complex at Moscow International Business Center, Russia.
The IQ-quarter is a complex of three towers at the Moscow International Business Center with heights of 177.5 meters, 141 meters, and 83.6 meters. The towers combine office spaces, hotel, and residential units in a central location.
The project began in 2008 based on a 2003 investment by Dutch company Citer Invest BV but faced delays from the economic crisis. Completion occurred in 2016 after several years of interruption.
The complex hosts several government ministries since 2019 and serves as a symbol of Moscow's modern business architecture. The buildings shape the city skyline and show how the Russian capital has transformed into an international business hub.
The complex is located near major transport hubs and offers direct connections to both of the city's international airports. The central location makes it easy to reach using public transportation.
In December 2014, a planned art installation project on the roof faced resistance from Russian Orthodox Church representatives. This episode shows tensions between modern development and traditional values in the city.
