The Wudao City God Temple contains multiple halls dedicated to worship activities and features ornate architectural details with traditional Chinese design elements.
Built during the final period of the Ming dynasty, this temple underwent several renovations throughout the Qing dynasty before its complete reconstruction and expansion in 1993.
The temple celebrates the City God's birthday on the 28th day of the third lunar month with sacrificial offerings and ceremonies involving the entire community.
Located at 40 Guangqian Road, the temple remains open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, offering free entry to both local worshippers and visitors.
During the annual Wudao City God Welcoming Festival, a parade features children performing in the Chest-Slapping Dance Troupe, telling stories through physical movements.
