The Princeton Club consists of two connected buildings at 1221 and 1223 Locust Street, featuring Colonial Revival and Late Gothic Revival architectural elements.
The Princeton Club of Philadelphia, founded in 1868, moved to these buildings in 1910 and made structural modifications to join them together in 1915 and 1919.
The club served as a central gathering place for Princeton alumni, providing dedicated spaces for meetings and social functions according to its 1912 Yearbook.
The buildings now house the restaurant Vedge, occupying approximately 0.3 acres of space in central Philadelphia at coordinates 39°56′52″N and 75°9′43″W.
Architect Frank Furness designed the building at 1223, while Lindley Johnson contributed to the design of 1221, creating a notable architectural combination.
