Vinton Building, Neoclassical building in Downtown Detroit, United States

The Vinton Building at 600 Woodward Avenue stands 172 feet tall with 12 stories, featuring terra cotta materials and a peaked parapet wall on its front façade.

Constructed in 1917 by architect Albert Kahn, the building received recognition on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and became a Michigan State Historic Site in 1982.

The building represents the commercial growth of Detroit during the early 20th century, when the city transformed into a major industrial and economic center.

The structure connects directly to the First National Parking Garage and includes modern amenities such as biometric security systems and a restaurant named BESA.

The building underwent a complete transformation in 2017 under Bedrock ownership, converting former office spaces into luxury residential apartments while maintaining its historical elements.
