WoodmenLife Tower, Office skyscraper in downtown Omaha, United States.
The 478-foot WoodmenLife Tower contains 30 floors of offices and features a dual-roof design with concrete and steel construction at 1700 Farnam Street.
Completed in 1969, the tower held the title of Nebraska's tallest building for 33 years until the First National Bank Tower surpassed it in 2002.
The tower gained recognition through its appearance in the 2002 film About Schmidt, where several interior locations served as filming sets.
The building maintains a 94 percent occupancy rate, housing multiple tenants including law firms, financial institutions, and the headquarters of WoodmenLife Insurance Company.
The structure's roof hosts peregrine falcon families, making it a notable location for urban wildlife observation in Nebraska.
