The six-story rectangular structure features a central atrium with skylights that illuminate the interior through a four-part roof design.
The courthouse opened in 2000 as the first federal courthouse commissioned under the General Services Administration Design Excellence Program.
The building houses multiple federal institutions including the U.S. District Court, Bankruptcy Court, and U.S. Marshals Service under one roof.
Located at 111 South 18th Plaza, the courthouse operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with security screening for all visitors.
The structure spans 350,113 square feet with different elevation levels, showing four stories on the west entrance and six stories on the east side.
