Tig'rr Coaster is a steel roller coaster at Indiana Beach featuring sharp turns and significant drops throughout its layout. The ride operates with multiple trains to maximize guest capacity during peak times.
This ride opened in 1984 as a creation by renowned manufacturer Anton Schwarzkopf. It marked the addition of the second steel ride at this amusement park following earlier installations.
The roller coaster underwent a visual transformation in 2016, changing its appearance from red tracks with white supports to black tracks with orange support structures.
Visitors must be at least 54 inches tall to ride this coaster. It is advisable to secure loose items and wear comfortable shoes for the experience.
This is the only operating model of its kind by this designer in North America. What sets it apart is that the entire structure was built directly above an existing building.
