The Eugene is a 67-story glass and steel residential tower in the Manhattan West neighborhood of New York City, located near Penn Station. It stands at the western edge of Midtown Manhattan and is part of a larger mixed-use development that includes office buildings and public plazas.
The tower was completed in 2017 and was one of the first residential buildings to rise in the newly planned Manhattan West development. The project turned a largely underused stretch of land west of Penn Station into a dense urban area.
