The Hall's construction followed the destruction of the Justice League Watchtower, with Batman providing financial support and Superman handling the physical building process.
The building functions as both an operational base for superheroes and a museum where visitors can learn about the history of various heroes.
Located three stories beneath the main structure, the Hall contains secure containment facilities for dangerous villains including Alexander Luthor and Killer Frost.
The Hall's exterior design draws inspiration from the Cincinnati Union Terminal, created by background artist Al Gmuer for the Super Friends television series.
