The district contains nine alcohol production facilities, including breweries, cideries, a meadery, and a distillery, forming the Scott's Addition Beverage District.
A mixed-use development project with 300 apartment units on North Arthur Ashe Boulevard demonstrates the district's ongoing transformation and growth.
