11 Hoyt

11 Hoyt is a 57-story residential tower in Downtown Brooklyn with a glass and concrete exterior featuring a distinctive wave-like pattern. The building houses 480 condominium units ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, along with retail space at street level.

Construction began in 2015 on the site of a former parking garage, marking the developer's first residential project in New York City. The completion transformed the streetscape along Hoyt Street.

The design references Brooklyn's traditional townhouse style through its interpretation of classic bay windows. This approach connects modern tower living with the visual language of the neighborhood.

Visitors can view the building from street level to appreciate the wave-patterned facade and access the retail spaces at the base. The public plaza and ground-floor shops are easily reached and offer various dining and shopping options.

The wave-shaped exterior design creates 190 different floor plans, allowing for exceptional variety in unit layouts. An elevated green podium with garden spaces provides residents with extensive outdoor areas within the urban setting.
