Avalon Willoughby West

Avalon Willoughby West is a modern residential tower with 57 floors rising approximately 624 feet (190 meters) above Downtown Brooklyn. The building contains 826 residential units featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary interior finishes throughout.

Construction began in 2013 and the building opened in 2015. At that time it briefly held the title of Brooklyn's tallest structure.
