Montague-Court Building

The Montague-Court Building is a Renaissance Revival commercial structure in downtown Brooklyn with 35 floors. Its exterior displays elaborate architectural details rendered in limestone and terracotta.

Construction was completed in 1927 by architect H. Craig Severance, marking a turning point in Brooklyn's urban development. The building was later surpassed in height by other structures but remained a key landmark of its building era.
