Fava Beach consists of three sections divided by large stones, featuring sandy coastlines mixed with small pebbles along the eastern Sithonia peninsula.
The beach remained undiscovered by international travelers until the early 2010s, maintaining its natural state without commercial development.
Local residents frequent this beach area, accessing it through private paths from their clifftop homes while sharing the public trail with visitors.
Visitors need to bring their own supplies and umbrellas, as the beach lacks facilities but offers parking spaces in a tree-shaded lot.
The underwater landscape changes from shallow sandy bottoms to deeper sections near rock formations, creating different swimming zones within 100 meters from shore.
