The building dates to the interwar and postwar periods, furnished with antique pieces sourced from French auction houses and markets. These elements bridge the architecture of the early 20th century with the hotel's contemporary design.

The rooftop restaurant merges Mediterranean and Parisian cooking styles with views over the city. Dishes are prepared using ingredients sourced from local producers and from Kalamata.

The hotel sits two minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and features a rooftop swimming pool with outdoor showers. The courtyard area provides additional dining and relaxation space close to the seafront.
