Villa Furtado-Heine

Villa Furtado-Heine is a three-story neoclassical structure with ornate wrought iron gates facing the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. The residence contains numerous rooms decorated with period details and sits within a park planted with tropical and Mediterranean species.

The property was built in 1781 for Lady Penelope Atkins as a seaside estate along the Côte d'Azur. It later became a residence for military personnel and families, continuing this use into the present era.
