The Palais de l'Agriculture stands at number 113 Promenade des Anglais, displaying architectural features from the early twentieth century French style.

Engineer Paul Martin designed this building in 1900 for the Central Society of Agriculture and Horticulture, which received its inauguration from President Émile Loubet in 1901.

The palace maintains a specialized library containing agricultural and botanical publications, while hosting regular exhibitions about gardening and plant cultivation techniques.

Visitors can access the palace on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 3 PM and 6 PM from September through June, with modified summer hours.

The building houses a collection of cacti and maintains a grain library, serving as the headquarters for regional agricultural and horticultural advancement since its creation.
