Les Trois Forts

Les Trois Forts is a restaurant on the seventh floor of the Sofitel Marseille Vieux Port with large windows opening toward the Mediterranean Sea and Marseille's historic harbor. The space is designed around these views, with contemporary furnishings creating an upscale setting for dining.

The name references three fortifications that have defended Marseille's harbor entrance since medieval times: Fort Saint-Jean, Fort Saint-Nicolas, and Fort d'Entrecasteaux. These defensive structures shaped the city's protective strategy and remain landmarks defining the harbor today.

The kitchen celebrates Mediterranean flavors and Provençal cooking traditions, working with fresh seafood and vegetables sourced from the surrounding region.

The restaurant is located on an upper floor, so an elevator provides easy access to the dining space. Visiting during evening hours allows you to watch the city lights reflect off the water while you eat.
