The Museum of Technology is a large institution housing more than 50,000 objects and artifacts displayed across 10,000 square meters of exhibition space. The collection shows various technological developments and how they have changed over time.
The museum was founded in 1924 by the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and the Swedish business confederation. It moved to its current functionalist building in 1936.
