Port-Argelès is a harbour and marina in Argelès-sur-Mer, on the Mediterranean coast of southern France, close to Cap Béar. It has around 790 berths for boats of different sizes, along with services for provisioning, maintenance, and repairs.
The port originally served local fishermen and cargo trade before gradually shifting toward leisure use. Over the decades, recreational sailing and tourism have become the main reasons people come here.
The harbour is easy to reach on foot from the town of Argelès-sur-Mer, and the dockside area is good for a relaxed walk. Summer brings many more visitors, so coming outside peak season makes for a quieter experience.
