Fabrique Arnaud Soubeyran Musée du Nougat, Children's museum and nougat factory in Montélimar, France
The museum presents the art of nougat making through exhibits, displays, and demonstrations within an operational confectionery production facility.
Founded as the oldest nougat factory in Montélimar, the Arnaud Soubeyran establishment maintains traditional manufacturing methods dating back to the 1950s.
Visitors experience the regional confectionery heritage through audio narratives by Marguerite and Mathieu Soubeyran, accompanied by photographs and historical films.
Open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, the museum charges 5 euros for adults, including a sample bag and audio guide.
The museum features a dedicated sound installation that recreates the seasonal life cycles of beehives, connecting honey production to nougat manufacturing.
