Infinity at Sydney Tower, Revolving restaurant at Sydney Tower, Australia.
Infinity is a rotating restaurant on the 81st floor of Sydney Tower that completes a full turn during a typical meal service. The changing views of Sydney frame the dining experience as guests remain seated while the space moves around them.
The restaurant was redesigned in March 2021 when French chef Guillaume Grittere took over the kitchen. This shift introduced new cooking methods and a changed approach to the food served on the tower.
The menu features modern Australian cooking using ingredients from Byron Bay, the Hawkesbury region, and other local areas. Diners notice how the kitchen celebrates what comes from different parts of the country.
Access is through Westfield Sydney, where you check in at the ground floor counter before taking an elevator to the 81st floor. Lunch is offered Thursday through Sunday, while dinner is available every day.
The dining space is divided into window-side tables and elevated leather booths, both moving slowly to reveal the changing skyline. This layout allows different viewing angles of the rotating cityscape throughout your meal.
