The establishment opens Wednesday through Saturday, with separate lunch and dinner services, and accepts reservations for groups larger than ten people.

Chef Kevin Julien, under Eric Pras's direction from three-Michelin-starred Maison Lameloise, creates dishes based on the wines customers select with the sommelier.
