La Table des Climats

The building began as a general hospital serving the city and was later restored to become the restaurant. The conversion preserved the original architectural details, creating a space where the building's former purpose remains visible.

The restaurant draws its identity from Burgundy's wine-growing heritage and how people here view wine as part of everyday dining. The concept invites you to explore local wines first, then discover how each one shapes what you eat.

The restaurant opens from Wednesday to Saturday, with lunch and dinner services running at different times. Larger groups of more than ten people should book in advance to ensure they are accommodated.

Here, the sommelier helps you pick a wine first, and then chef Eric Pras creates dishes specifically to match what you chose. This reverse approach means every visit unfolds differently depending on which wine catches your interest.
