Golf Club Alvaneu Bad

Golf Club Alvaneu Bad is an 18-hole course laid out in two sections, with the first nine holes in a river landscape and the second nine beside the Albula River. The course uses four integrated lakes as obstacles and irrigation sources across the mountain terrain.

The first phase of the course opened in 1997 when nine holes were completed, followed by the second phase in 2002. This two-stage development reflects the gradual growth of the facility.

The course follows traditional golfing rules that require players to dress appropriately and hold valid handicaps. Visitors experience an established golfing culture that values standards and respectful play.

The facility offers equipment rentals including clubs, carts, and trolleys, with certified instructors available for lessons. Visitors should arrange gear beforehand or rent on-site to enjoy the course fully.

The course sits at 950 meters elevation, offering mountain views while playing. This elevated location makes the game technically more demanding due to different air conditions.
