Ocean Aquarium
The Ocean Aquarium is a facility with over 1000 marine species displayed in tanks and exhibit areas throughout the grounds. The entire space covers about 12500 square meters and includes tropical gardens with wide walkways, plants, and water displays that connect the different sections.
The Ocean Aquarium was established as a leisure facility to introduce visitors to marine biodiversity. Over time, it has developed into a research facility that cares for over 1000 marine species and contributes to scientific understanding of how these animals live and thrive.
The Ocean Aquarium brings together animals from different parts of the world and creates a space where visitors can learn about marine life. The displays are designed to resemble natural habitats, encouraging people to understand the needs of these creatures and their role in the ocean.
The facility has wide walkways, shaded areas for rest, and parking available for visitors arriving by car. Comfortable shoes and water bottles are recommended, as walking through the grounds takes time and the sun can be strong.
The Ocean Aquarium offers a Zoo Parent program where visitors can sponsor an animal and directly support its care. This gives guests a simple way to get involved in the wellbeing of the creatures on display.
