Parco Termale del Garda

Parco Termale del Garda spans approximately 13 hectares featuring thermal lakes, pools, hydromassage facilities, and fountains surrounded by rare plants and centuries-old trees creating a natural wellness environment.

The thermal complex was established in the 20th century to harness the healing properties of sulfurous and bicarbonate waters, gradually expanding its therapeutic services and recreational facilities for visitors of all ages.

The park represents Italy's deep-rooted thermal culture that combines therapeutic value with social interaction, hosting seasonal wellness events and promoting healthy lifestyle practices within the local community.

The facility operates Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM, Saturday from 9:30 AM to 1:00 AM, and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM with advance booking recommended for individual treatments.

The thermal waters originate from two underground sources at depths of 200 and 160 meters, maintaining temperatures between 33°C and 39°C year-round for optimal therapeutic and relaxation benefits.
