Canevaworld is an amusement park near Lazise that divides into several sections featuring water slides, roller coasters, and performance stages. The site covers a large area close to Lake Garda and links different themed zones together.
The park opened toward the end of the 20th century as part of a regional strategy to develop the Lake Garda area for tourism. Over the years, new sections and rides have been added, gradually expanding the site.
The resort includes a film-themed zone where building fronts from well-known movie productions form the backdrop for rides. Visitors can walk through recreated sets and experience the world of cinema up close.
The complex opens from spring through autumn, with longer hours during summer months. Some sections suit younger children better while others are designed for older visitors.
In the Medieval Times section of the park, guests dine during recreated jousting tournaments and historical performances. The show combines a multi-course meal with equestrian displays and staged combat inside a courtyard arena.
