Pine Grove Pond Fishing Access Sign

Pine Grove Pond is a fishing access area in Kalispell with about five acres of water and gravel paths around the edges. A dedicated fishing pier and informational signs about local aquatic species are available for visitors.

The pond was established in 2011 through a land donation to Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks. This former residential property was transformed into a public fishing destination.

Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks conducts educational programs at Pine Grove Pond to teach visitors about fishing techniques and local aquatic environments.

The site is open daily and provides parking for multiple vehicles. The fishing platform is designed to be wheelchair-accessible for all visitors.

Young anglers under 14 years old have special privileges here and may catch and keep one trout per day. This makes the site a popular destination for beginners and families.
